<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact stabilizer control device capable of smoothly and certainly connecting/disconnecting a pair of stabilizers. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A first stabilizer bar 11 and a second stabilizer bar 12 are coaxially and approachingly arranged, and a drive means DR and a rotation linear advancement motion conversion mechanism TM are coaxially arranged. It is arranged such that an engagement/disengagement member 40 is moved in an axial direction according to rotation drive of the same mechanism, and a connection position where a second outer spline part 42 is engaged with a second inner spline part 32 and a release position for releasing engagement of both members are switched while maintaining the engagement state of a first inner spline part 21 and a first outer spline part 41 according to the axial movement.
