PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the sensation of degradation in the resolution and generation of jaggies which are produced, when summing reading-out or decimation reading-out of pixel signals is performed. SOLUTION: An image processing device performs summing reading-out of the pixel signals of a light-receiving pixel group which are two-dimensionally arranging on imaging elements of a single plane system, and acquires an original image. Here, a plurality of original images are acquired, (Fig.35(a) to (d)) whose pixel positions with pixel signals are different each other, by using a plurality of adding patterns whose combination of receiving pixels to be targets of the addition are different. Pixel signals of the same color contained in the pixel signal group of the original image are mixed with one another for respective images, and an interpolation image with a pixel signal obtained by the mixing is generated. Afterwards, a sheet of constituted output image is produced, by compositing a plurality of interpolation images produced from a plurality of original images. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
