PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool holder capable of suppressing leakage of a fluid in accordance with position of a tool and of reducing the countermeasure of leakage of the fluid. SOLUTION: The tool holder 10 is attachably/detachable held at a spindle device 30, has a through-hole formed along the rotary axis of the spindle device 30, and is provided with a holder body 11 having a mounting part airtightly held at the spindle device 30 at one end thereof and a tool holding part for holding the tool at the other end thereof, a coolant hose 70 comprising a cylindrical integrated body having a through-hole formed along the rotary axis, and a leakage prevention member 90 being arranged at the through-hole of the tool holder 10, allowing the end part of the coolant hose 70 to be inserted into one opening (an opening 91 on a supply pipe side) and arranged in an almost adhered state, and allowing the end part of the tool 20 to be arranged at the other opening (an opening 92 on a tool side) in an almost adhered state.
