摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a graphical user interface highly functional and highly decorative while evading the risk of falling into a situation in which the inside of an object can not be observed. SOLUTION: A digital image processing circuit (DIP) 35 of a processor device 11 is provided with an image processing part 60 and a display control part 61. The image processing circuit 60 comprises a programmable integrated circuit, and the display control part 61 comprises a general purpose graphic integrated circuit. The image processing part 60 has a register area 63 for holding the setting data of the display control part 61. The setting data are inputted from a main CPU 33 to the image processing part 60 for every vertical synchronization of the moving image output of endoscope images, and are tentatively held in the register area 63. The setting data tentatively held in the register area 63 are given to the display control part 61. The capture setting of the display control part 61 is performed by hardware processing by the image processing part 60 without interposing software processing by the main CPU 33.
