PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication terminal in which useless resonant frequency adjustment is not performed, by surely detecting whether or not a resonant frequency is deviated. SOLUTION: A mobile communication terminal includes: a detection section 102 for detecting a strength of a signal, resonated by an antenna part 16, relating to a first frequency included in a predetermined frequency band and a strength of a signal relating to a second frequency, different from the first frequency, included in the predetermined frequency band; and an adjustment section 103 for adjusting a frequency of the signal resonated by the antenna part 16 in a case where communication quality of either the signal relating to the first frequency or the signal relating to the second frequency, detected by the detection section 102, is lower than predetermined communication quality.
