PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video signal processing apparatus capable of executing real time processing with a simple configuration while removing noise of a small amplitude. SOLUTION: When the change amount from a texture extraction portion 5 is equal to or less than an optional predetermined level, a noise determination portion 7 outputs a level, where the change amount from a color change extraction portion 6 is varied according to the predetermined level, as a noise level. When the noise level from the noise determination portion 7 is equal to or more than an optional predetermined level, a hue correction portion 10 performs correction processing to approach to a hue value supplied from a hue distribution determination portion 8, according to the level.
