PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device on the top of a toilet bowl which has a bottom surface formed of a rear base plate and a liftable front base plate, and prevents deformation such as warpage of the rear base plate. SOLUTION: An outer shell of a toilet bowl box 10 is formed from the rear base plate 20 fixed to an attachment member 4, the liftable front base plate 40 disposed at the front part side of the rear base plate 20 and a box-shaped resin cover case 50 without a bottom lifted/lowered along with the front base plate 40. The rear base plate 20 is a resin plate member and installed with a lifting/lowering device 30 or the like.
