<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swivel joint device for a water spraying crushing machine from which water does not leak, in which water is not mixed in oil, which prevents rust and dust from occurring. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This swivel joint includes a skeleton 10 at the center of which a through-hole 2 is drilled and in the peripheral area of which a plurality of oil supply holes 3 for supplying pressurized oil to the hydraulic cylinder of the water spraying crushing machine; a long water flow pipe 4 which is inserted into the through-hole 2 and which has an outer diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the through-hole; and locking devices 5a, 5b for fixing the water flow pipe to the skeleton by screwing with both upper and lower openings of the through-hole 2. The swivel joint further includes a first water supply passage 40 formed of the internal space of the water flow pipe 4 and a second water supply passage 20 formed of an annular cylindrical space formed between the outer wall of the water flow pipe 4 and the inner wall of the through-hole 2. A water filling hole for filling water into the second water supply passage is formed in the sidewall of the locking device screwed with the upper end opening of the through-hole 2 at the portion projecting from the skeleton, and a water takeout hole for taking out the water filled in the second water supply passage is formed in the lower end side surface of the skeleton.
