A pin gear had a gear wheel and lantern wheel that is kinematically connected to it, this has rim with cylindrical openings and pins installed in cylindrical openings of the rim. The gear wheel is additionally equipped with slots each of which is arranged along the axis of each tooth, at that each slot has dimensions chosen from formula:l = (1.0…1.2)h; δ = (0.015…0.03)p,where l – length of slot; h – height of tooth; δ - slot width; р– teeth pitch. |
