<p>The device has an axle (10) and another axle actively connected with belts (29, 30), damping elements, traction springs and spiral springs, which exert a resetting force on the axles during rotation of the axles. The damping elements and the traction springs are formed by rubber elastic clamping-belts or bands. The damping element exhibits a diametric slot, and the damping element extends via the slot. The damping elements and the traction springs are fixed at a circumference of the axles and the bearing part, where the damping elements are designed as a tension spring.</p> |
