Disclosed is a decorative sheet that is capable of clearly displaying translucent patterns without leakage of light from an opaque portion and that is used to obtain a capacitive switch operating panel that does not cause malfunctions or inactivation of the capacitive switches. A translucent portion enclosed by an opaque portion is formed as a translucent pattern on a substrate sheet, the opaque portion is formed with insulating black ink, and the insulating black ink contains multiple coloring pigments, of which one type is a carbonaceous powder that comprises 30 wt% or less of the nonvolatile component in the entirety of the insulating black ink.
