<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device, along with its manufacturing method, wherein a conductive high polymer layer, excellent in conductivity, is evenly formed on a base material. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic device includes a base material 1 where at least its surface is formed from metal oxide, a conductive high polymer layer 3 provided on the base material 1, and a thin film layer 9 provided between the base material 1 and the conductive high polymer layer 3.
