<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent growing of residual frost in a drain pan in a cooling operation after the termination of a defrosting operation. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An outside circuit 20 is provided with: a first branch pipe 34 in which a liquid refrigerant of a second liquid pipe 33 is branched and flows, and which is provided with an expansion valve 29 for supercooling; and a supercooling heat exchanger 28 in which the refrigerant of the second liquid pipe 33 is supercooled by a refrigerant flowing in from the first branch pipe 34. The drain pan 55 for recovering frost and dew condensation water removed by the defrosting operation is disposed on a lower side of an inside heat exchanger 53, and piping 51 for heating is disposed in the drain pan 55. In the cooling operation after the termination of the defrosting operation, the expansion valve 29 for supercooling is set in a fully-closed state until a detection value of a piping temperature sensor 75 rises to a predetermined value or more from restarting the cooling operation.
