<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce manufacturing cost and to prevent breakage of components due to external force applied to an armrest body from above. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An armrest member AR includes a base body 40 also used as a console lid L of a floor console FC, and the armrest body 60 disposed on an upper side of the base body 40. A fixing side member 32 of a slide rail SR is attached to an upper plate part 50 working as an upper surface of the base body 40, and a movement side member 34 retained to reciprocate to the fixing side member 32 is attached to a lower plate part 70 working as a lower surface of the armrest body 60. A slit SL surrounding three circumferential faces of the fixing side member 32 including both side faces along the reciprocation direction of the armrest body 60 is provided at the upper plate part 50, and an attachment plate part 50A of the upper plate part 50 where the fixing side member 32 is attached can be displaced to a circumferential plate part 50B on an outer side of the slit SL.
