<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic milk sampling apparatus capable of automatically performing pre-dipping, milk sampling, and milking and capable of recovering or discarding milk. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In an automatic milking apparatus provided with pulsators 21 for each mamma, a milk collection part is further provided as a branch of a milk sending tube 12 and provided with an upper electromagnetic valve, a milk holding space, a lower electromagnetic valve, and a milk outlet in the given order and a turntable that can selectively set sampling bottles the number of which is equal to or larger than that of teat cups 11 under the milk outlet is provided. Also, the outlet of the milk sending tube is provided with a flow passage selection valve which selectively connects the milk sending tube 12 to the ordinary side or the discharge side; the ordinary side of the flow passage selection valve is connected to the milk sending line M, and the discharge side is connected to a waste milk container 81 which receives vacuum supply from a vacuum line V; and milk sampling and automatic milking for every milk separation are performed according to specified procedures.
