PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To show a guide route from a present position to a registered predetermined route. SOLUTION: A route guidance system in which a route search server and a mobile terminal device are coupled with a network includes a storage device for storing a predetermined route (my-route). The mobile terminal device detects a present position, and the route search server searches a route from the present position to my-route and edits guide route information on the basis of the route so as to transmit it to the mobile terminal device.
