A bag folding apparatus comprising a housing and a frame. The frame is rotatably coupled to the housing. The frame includes an upper folding member and a lower folding member. The lower folding member includes a plurality of folding blades and the upper folding member includes a plurality of radial fold fingers. A bag is positioned between the upper and lower folding member. Upon articulation of the folding blades, the bag is folded between the upper and lower folding members, to, in turn, render a conical accordion-line folded configuration about a centrally located spout.
