A protection device for electrical circuits of telecommunications networks against excess voltage comprises input arrestor located between each conductor and the grounding circuit, input semiconductor limiters. In addition, the device incorporates at least two high-frequency transformers, limiters are performed as two pairs of diodes parallel connected between each of two lines and connected to one another by means two-diode tandem, leads of transformer primary windings are connected to inputs of a receiving apparatus, secondary windings are connected via pairs of diodes to output of a transmitter of a device being protected. Moreover, primary and secondary windings have leads in the middle, which form half-windings, with middle leads of primary half-windings being connected to the grounding terminal, middle leads of transformers secondary half-windings being connected to zero terminal of a supply unit. The devise also comprises an additional arrestor installed between middle leads of the transformer primary windings and connected to input cable shield, middle leads of transformer secondary windings it is connected to zero terminal of the supply unit. |
