<p>A method and a system for resource admission control are disclosed. During the resource request under the scene of user roaming, the visited PD-FE sends a modified QoS policy or an acceptable QoS policy information to the home PD-FE when it can not accept the resource request sent by the home PD-FE, and the home PD-FE makes a resource policy decision again and requests resource again according to the modified QoS policy, or when the home PD-FE receives a service request next time, it makes a resource policy decision according to the QoS policy information accepted by the visited PD-FE and sends a resource request to the visited PD-FE. Both resource requests under the two cases are made based on the resource condition of the visited PD-FE, therefore the visited PD-FE can accept the request generally after receiving the resource request, thereby improving the success possibility of resource requests.</p> |
