FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention can be implemented at developing of structures of destructible covers of staring pipes and protecting facilities of process vessels. A cover is made in form of a spherical segment (SS) secured on a bearing ring by means of a fit ring. The bearing ring has a flange arranged on a corresponding end of the starting pipe when the end is closed with the cover. The spherical segment is divided into shares. At the top of SS there is made an opening closed with a bush. The spherical segment has the central zone wherein planes of division of its conjugating shares are located in meridian planes, and also the segment has the circular zone adjoining the bearing ring wherein planes of division of conjugating shares are arranged inclined relative to corresponding meridian planes of division. Planes of division of adjacent shares on border of the said zones are located correspondingly in planes orthogonal to corresponding meridian planes of division. In plane in the circular zone each of one part of SS shares partially overlaps two shares of SS from the other part of shares of SS. Shares of SS of both parts are arranged next nearest. The bushing and shares of SS form a circular slit gap concentric to lengthwise axis of SS, meridian arranged slit gaps, slit gaps arranged slantwise to meridian planes and slit gaps orthogonal to corresponding meridian planes of division. Slit gaps are filled with material of strength lower, than material of SS shares and bushing forming integral part with material of SS shares. ^ EFFECT: invention facilitates preventing thrusting of SS shares of destructible cover at opening of SS, when flow section of cover is released. ^ 3 dwg |
