FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical and biological analysis, specifically, for electrochemical detection of alkaloids. In the method of multisensor detection and identification of alkaloids, an electrochemical sensor is made by mixing not less than four salts of metals selected from: Sn, Co, Cr, Mn, Fe, Cu, Zn, Cd, Pb, Ag, Ga in concentration of 15*10-5 M in an electrolyte solution, with its subsequent addition into an electrochemical cell. Electrochemical indication curves are plotted through stripping voltametry with potential of cathode deposition of metals from -1.8 to -1.5 V relative a silver-chloride reference electrode and subsequent potential sweep from -1.8 -1.5 V to +0.1 +0.3 V. A curve is then plotted after introduction of a sample and presence of alkaloid is indicated by change in character of the obtained curves of electro-dissolution of deposited metals, and identification is done through computer processing the obtained curves and comparing the obtained difference curve in form of an N-dimensional vector images with images from a database, obtained for separate alkaloids. The electrolyte is a 0.05 M solution of potassium chloride in water, and metal salts are taken in form of nitric acid or hydrochloric acid salts. ^ EFFECT: increased reliability of obtained results, simplification of method and cutting on its realisation time. ^ 2 cl, 3 dwg, 2 ex |
