<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To locating failure in a driving component of an electric machine early without an additional cost, and improve the productivity of the electric machine. <P>SOLUTION: The driving apparatus includes a diagnosis unit for locating failure, for example, bearing failure in the electric machine driven by the driving apparatus 100, and a closed loop and/or open loop control unit. In the method of driving the electric machine by the driving apparatus, especially the method of driving a servo motor by a driving controller, (a) the electric machine is automatically closed-loop controlled and/or open-controlled, (b) at least one vibration in the electric machine is automatically detected, and (c) a state of the electric machine is automatically analyzed by considering the vibration detected by the diagnosis unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
