<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the efficient achievement of electronic commercial transaction is not examined according to the display content (for example, merchandise) of an advertisement medium such as a poster in the prior art, and further in the concrete, that it is necessary to create and prepare an image in advance for each merchandise or advertising medium in order to output image information for electronic transaction to a mobile phone or the like. <P>SOLUTION: This electronic commercial transaction support method utilizing an IC tag includes: preparing the model information of image information and layout information showing the display position of the model information of each merchandise in advance; and determining the change content of the model information, that is, what type of image information should be created by using a relationship between information to identify layout or merchandise read from an IC tag attached to an advertising medium and the layout information.
