<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an FRP member with an insert capable of improving productivity by reducing a working time. <P>SOLUTION: At first, a screw hole 11 is formed in the insert 3. Further, an FRP member 2 made by closing at least the screw hole 11 of an insert with a skin 4 made of FRP is molded. A bored hole 31 which penetrates the skin 4 of the FRP member 2 and is communicated with the screw hole 11 of the insert 3 is formed to provide an FRP component 1 with the insert 3. Thereby, the working process after molding of the FRP member 2 which indispensably requires dry working heretofore can get along with only hole opening working of forming the bored hole 31 into the FRP member 2 and, as the result, the working time is reduced to improve the productivity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
