<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation method of a hydrolysis separator for generating ammonia from urea which is capable of timely retaining the production amount of ammonia necessary for stack-gas denitrification to a suitable amount when ammonia is produced using steam for heating from a urea water. <P>SOLUTION: At the starting time of the hydrolysis separator which generates ammonia gas used as a reducing agent of the stack-gas denitrification equipment by hydrolysis of a urea water, the constant pressure operation where the pressure within the hydrolysis separator is kept constant even to the temperature elevation of the hydrolysis separator is performed at the initiation time of injection of the ammonia gas, and then the operation method is switched to the sliding pressure operation where the pressure is also elevated in accordance with the temperature elevation of the hydrolysis separator. At the switching point from the constant pressure operation to the sliding pressure operation, the temperature of the hydrolysis separator in the constant pressure operation is set to the temperature of the sliding pressure operation or more at the same pressure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
