<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard coat film which is superior in its adhesion and in which interference spots hardly outstand when a hard coat layer having a high refractive index is laminated and cleavages hardly occur during rework. <P>SOLUTION: An optical laminated film is a laminate film which includes a base film made of a thermoplastic resin, the hard coat layer made of an acrylic resin directly laminated on the surface of the base film, and an application layer formed on the surface of the base layer opposite to the hard coat layer. An organic-inorganic composition is dottedly arranged at a boundary area between the base film and the hard coat layer. The organic-inorganic composition includes inorganic particles having an average particle diameter of 40 nm or more. The application layer is a resin layer composed of one or more kinds of resin selected from polyester rein, urethane resin and acrylic resin and having a thickness of 50 to 600 nm.
