<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize good handling at high speed in component mounting and reduce load of a nozzle up-and-down motor. <P>SOLUTION: A nozzle selection electric motor 8 is driven to rotate a guide tube 13 is rotated through pulleys 9, 10 and a belt 11. A nozzle rising and falling body 12 is rotated within a nut body 23 through an angular bearing 24A and a bearing 24B so that a using suction nozzle 3 and a rising and falling body 19, which are located at a position of 3 o'clock, are put in agreement from a view of the upper and lower sides. Then, a nozzle rising and falling motor 20 is driven and a screw shaft 22 is rotated, and the nut body 23 is moved downward along ball spline 15. A nozzle shaft 4 corresponding to the selected suction nozzle 3 is moved downward so that an electronic component located at the component taking-out position in the component feeding unit is sucked and taken out with the suction nozzle 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
