<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alarm clock and an alarm clock interlocking system capable of setting an alarm time on another alarm clock only by setting the alarm time on one alarm clock. <P>SOLUTION: When the alarm time and alarm setting information are input, a master alarm clock 1A acquires a code corresponding to the alarm setting information. The code is used for modulating an alarm sound. When the alarm time comes, the alarm clock 1A modulates and discharges the alarm sound by the code. A slave alarm clock 1B decodes the collected alarm sound to acquire the code, and acquires the alarm setting information corresponding to the code. The alarm clock 1B calculates the alarm time based on a present time and the alarm setting information. The alarm clock 1B acquires a code corresponding to the alarm setting information.
