<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce man-hour and also prevent setting failure when various types of events are held between objects to be monitored and monitoring objects. <P>SOLUTION: A relay device receives a connection confirmation mail that is transmitted to a monitor when changing a configuration of a plurality of terminal devices connected to the relay device or the setting thereof. Then, the relay device attaches a relay device ID for identifying the relay device to a header of the connection confirmation mail. Further, the relay device transmits the connection confirmation mail with the relay device ID to the monitoring device. Subsequently, the relay device transmits a monitoring stop instruction mail with the relay device ID to the monitor when stopping the monitoring of the terminal device under the control of the relay device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
