PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer implement which is designed to mitigate the feed resistance of a transfer tape by easing its tension and can consume the entire length of the transfer tape, even when a transfer tape of continuous length is used. SOLUTION: The transfer implement 10 includes a feed core 12 which supports the transfer tape T inside a case 11 in the way that the transfer tape T can be fed, a transfer head 15 which can transfer a coat to an area for the coat to be transferred, and a take-up core 13 which takes up a base material tape constituting the transfer tape T. Inside the case 11, a holder 16 is rotatably supported, and supports the transfer head 15 and the take-up core 13. Besides, the holder 16 is arranged inside the case so as to maintain the holder 16 in an initial position through a position regulating member 18. When the transfer head 15 is given a transfer capability as the tension of the transfer tape T is increased, the holder 16 is rotatably displaced to get the take-up core 13 close to the feed core 12 side and thereby, the tension is eased.
