<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a wiring harness, and to prevent the occurrence of electromagnet disturbance in a suspension control device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A terminal module 5 is attached to a damping force adjusting hydraulic shock absorber 2 of each wheel, and a power supply 7 is connected. Each terminal module 5 is connected to a controller 3 by one communication line 6. To the controller 3, various sensors 4 are connected. By the controller 3, a necessary damping force is calculated based on signals from the sensors 4, and a multiplexed control signal is transmitted to each terminal module 5 via the communication line 6. By the terminal module 5, a control current is supplied to an actuator based on the control signal, and the damping force of the hydraulic shock absorber 2 is controlled. By multiplexing the control signal from the controller 3 to each terminal module 5, the wiring harness can be simplified and the occurrence of the electromagnetic disturbance can be prevented.
