<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the trouble that a liquid leakage occurs from a gap in the side laminated part near the top member or the bottom member of a paper-made can and a base paper loses its strength by the oozing of the liquid finding its way into the base paper, by modifying a top or a bottom guide ring mold. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This can manufacturing mold for a paper-made can is of such a structure that a female mold part A of recessed cave-in shape which dents to the inner peripheral surface side, is formed in a region corresponding to the side laminated part 13 of a cylindrical barrel part 10, of the ring inner peripheral surface of the bottom guide ring part 40 or/and the top guide ring part 41. In addition, the female mold part A of recessed cave-in shape, is constituted of a first recessed cave-in part A1 formed in a position opposed to the part corresponding to an edge protecting tape at one end of the barrel base paper of the side laminated part 13, and a second recessed cave-in part A2 of the smaller depth than the recessed cave-in depth of the first recessed cave-in part A1, formed in a position opposed to the other end of the barrel base paper of the side laminated part 13.
