<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excrement disposal bag capable of eliminating the work of washing an excrement disposal container, and permitting easy and sanitary disposal of excrement in a flush toilet. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The disposal bag is composed of a hydrolyzable inner bag and an outer bag made of a bag-shaped polyethylene sheet. The hydrolyzable inner bag has hydrolyzable polymers stored in a bag-shaped body made of double-pasted water-dispersible paper whose outer side is wrapped in a water-soluble film. The outer bag 2 is continued at the bottom in the turned-back state, and has a slit continued from the center of the bottom to the 2/3 of the bag toward the upper end of the bag.
