<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a wood board provided with heat resistance and cold resistance unique to silicone by mixing silicone rubber powder in wood chips and optimized in functions of flexibility, vibration control property, soundproofness, etc. and to provide the wood board provided with fireproof performance by using a silicone rubber material having fire resistance and flame resistance. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The grain diameter of silicone rubber powder mixed into wood chips is set to 0.1-5 mm, pretreatment with a silane coupling material is performed, and an inorganic adhesive is mixed to form the wood board.
