<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote monitoring and controlling system for easily coping with the temporary change and addition of a schedule for a relatively narrow range compared with a control range for performing regular schedule control. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A web server unit 9 monitors and controls a plurality of multiple transmission systems through an NCU 8 and an LIU 7. When control contents to a part of batch control addresses of the control contents of schedule information in which a master control address is a control address are changed or added, a schedule processing function 9b prepares temporary schedule information to the part of batch control addresses, outputs the control request of the control contents based on the temporary schedule information to an NCU processing function 9d, and outputs the control request of the control contents based on the schedule information before the change for the batch control addresses other than the change object among the batch control addresses corresponding to the master control address of the schedule information before the change to the NCU processing function 9d.
