<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spacer tape to be used while wound together with a circuit tape so as to manufacture and store the circuit tape, the spacer tape never damaging the circuit tape and being easy to manufacture and superior in productivity. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The spacer tape for the semiconductor mounting circuit tape comprises a base plastic tape 2, and a spacing plastic tape 3 which is fixed continuously along the length of the base plastic tape and characterized in that at least two arrays thereof are ≤1/5 time as wide as the base plastic tape.
