<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paint plate to which a pattern having a natural feeling like when color beads, color sands or the like are used is applied only according to inkjet coating without using the color beads and color sands or the like, with respect to the paint plate to which the inkjet coating is applied. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An inkjet layer 3 and a clear layer 4 formed so as to be laminated on the inkjet layer 3 are disposed on a substrate 1. The inkjet layer 3 is formed with an aqueous ink according to an inkjet coating and the clear layer 4 is formed with a hydrophobic clear coating material before the aqueous ink which is applied according to the inkjet coating is dried. Therefore, upon the coating of the clear coating material, the aqueous ink constituting the inkjet layer 3 is aggregated due to an interfacial tension and voids due to ink omission are formed in a dotted state.
