A mobile communication method, in which radio base stations (200, 201) transmit common control signals to all of their covered areas, comprises a step (A) in which a first radio base station (200) determines a reception power level of a common control signal transmitted by a peripheral radio base station (201); a step (B) in which the first radio base station (200) adjusts, based on the determined reception power level of the common control signal, the transmission power level of the common control signal; and a step (C) in which the first radio base station (200) and peripheral radio base station (201), when having detected that no mobile stations are existent under charge of those radio base stations (200, 201), reduce the transmission power levels of the common control signals. |
