摘要 <p>The present invention discloses a penetration-crystallization type cement-based water-proof material with molecular sieve structure and a method of producing the same. In this material, Portland cement is used as main material and silica, alumina, magnesia, calcium sulfonate, methyl cellulose, accelerating agent and sodium aluminate etc are used as auxiliary materials. The main material and premixed auxiliary materials are plunged into main material hopper and auxiliary material hopper respectively. The main material is sent to dispensing machine as required flow through impact flowmeter; the premixed auxiliary materials are sent to dispensing machine as required through weighing apparatus according to the loss of weight. Then these materials are mixed by premixing machine, and the product is obtained. The product is made into slurry by adding water, and the air permeable and waterproof coating with molecular sieve structure is produced after solidifying. The coating has advantages of high compressive strength, high temperature and low temperature resistant, acid resistant, chloric salt and sulphate resistant etc,and has a function of self-restore of microcrack in the presence of water. The coating is innoxious, tasteless, long life and convenient in construction. It is broadly used in underground facility, tunnel, cave-warehouse, bridge, swimming pool, sanitary accomodation, treatment tank and dam etc.</p>
