FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: method includes tyre cutting into frame-breaker-tread band and two sides with bead rings, run-in of frame-breaker-tread band for separation of reinforcing materials from rubber, removal of bead wire rings from sides. Sides comprising wire bead rings are rolled between cylindrical rolls that rotate opposite to each other with identical or various circumferential speeds with smooth or corrugated working surface until metal is completely separated from rubber-fabric mass. Method provides for damage of side bead part serially along the whole circumference, due to compression of bead ring in direction of roll radiuses and expansion of the latter in direction of axes of rotation. ^ EFFECT: reduced power inputs and simplified equipment layout of worn-out tyres recycling process. ^ 2 cl
