摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clinch positioning mechanism enabling an easy and inexpensive positioning of a driver and a clincher. SOLUTION: In this clinch positioning mechanism of a stapler, a guide piece 40B is formed on a magazine 40 forming a driver unit, and a guide hole 29 is opened in a clincher unit 28. Since the unit 28 and the magazine are connected by fitting the guide piece to the guide hole, the driver 21 and the clincher groove of the clincher 31 are aligned with each other. Namely, since the guide piece is guided along the guide hole, the leg of a staple is surely clinched, and a conventional centering step or the accuracy of parts more than necessary for a plurality of related parts is not required. Since the projection 40B of the magazine is fitted to the hole of the unit 28, the clinch is positioned without increasing the quantity of parts. Namely, since the quantity of parts for positioning is not increased, the accumulated tolerance of parts is reduced, the centering of the driver and the clincher groove is facilitated, and the stapler is manufacturable at a low cost.
