PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a resin sheet, with which deformation is not caused in a shaped form even when a fine shape is continuously and efficiently subjected to transfer shaping and the obtained shaped sheet is heated to a glass transition temperature or higher in a post stage, and is adequate for use in a light guide plate and various kinds of optical elements having excellent shaped form stability. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a shaped resin sheet includes: holding the sheet-like molten resin material extruded from a die 1 under pressure by a first mold roll 2 and a second cooling roll 3 disposed oppositely to the first mold roll 2; transferring the rugged shapes on the first mold roll to the resin material; winding the resin material after the transfer around the second cooling roll to thereby peel the material from the first mold roll; and further, winding the resin material after the peeling around the second cooling roll and a third cooling/peeling roll 4 disposed oppositely to the second cooling roll.
