<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To require grouting operations or a screw portion for an end of a screw reinforcing bar. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In this mounting implement, a spiral groove 3, into which a spiral protrusive streak M of the screw reinforcing bar T is loosely fitted and which has the same pitch as the spiral protrusive streak M, is engraved on the inner peripheral surface of a mounting implement body 10 which forms a reinforcement insertion hole 2 formed in the center; and a coil material 11 for being housed in a spiral gap S formed of the spiral protrusive streak M and the spiral groove 3 is provided. Thus, when only the coil material 11 is prepared, the spiral groove 3 becomes substantially narrow or the spiral protrusive streak M becomes substantially wide, in the case of the mounting implement body 10 having the spiral groove 3 identical in constitution to that of a grouting-type mounting implement. Accordingly, one of side surfaces of the spiral protrusive streak M is brought into contact with or put into the state of get close to one inner side surface of the opposed spital groove 3, and the other side surface of the spiral protrusive streak M is brought into contact with or put into the state of getting close to other inner side surface of the spiral groove 3 via the coil material 11.
