<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform noise suppression processing in correspondence with a feature of a subject for every portion to be observed in an endoscope image processing device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When the kind of a subject is inputted by an input means 2, respective weighting coefficients W1 and W2 are determined by using a weighting table WT10. Then, the respective weighting coefficients W1 and W2 are used to set noise suppression strength (k) and second noise suppression strength α from a first suppression strength setting table WT1 and a second suppression strength setting table WT2. Then, when endoscope images P0 which are photographed by a scope 20 in an image acquisition means 31 and comprise moving images are successively acquired, the set first noise suppression strength (k) and second noise suppression strength α are used to perform first noise suppression processing for suppressing noise in a frame and second suppression processing for suppressing noise between frames.
