<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for supporting measures against spam mail, which analyzes characteristics of spam mail from electronic mail collected by transferring the spam mail from recipients by use of the electronic mail, and reduces the risk of a new damage by protecting personal information. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An electronic mail acquisition means of the system for supporting measures against spam mail acquires the electronic mail including the spam mail transmitted to a user. An electronic mail analysis means analyzes the electronic mail acquired by the electronic mail acquisition means. A personal information processing means removes the personal information included in an analysis result by the electronic mail analysis means. A report generation means generates a report related to the spam mail based on the analysis result from which the personal information is removed by the personal information processing means.
