PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow cell for measuring a surface plasmon resonance phenomenon capable of easily positioning the flow cell without requiring relatively-precise machining to the outer part of the flow cell mounted on a device, maintaining measurement accuracy, improving measurement workability, and reducing facility costs. SOLUTION: The flow cell includes a passage 10a flowing a sample solution; a supply section 5 communicated to the passage 10a, for receiving the sample solution supplied; a transfer section 6 communicated to the passage 10a, for sucking the sample solution supplied to the supply section 5 and introducing it to the passage 10a; a measurement region 11 including at least part of the passage 10a and having a detector 12 facing the sample solution of the passage 10a; and position confirming sections 7a, 7b oppositely arranged placing the passage 10a between an end side and other side of the measurement region 11, having a refractive index approximated to that of the sample solution.
