PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch release bearing having reduced torque loss while effectively suppressing the entry of foreign matters including mud water and the leakage of lubricating oil without increasing the number of components. SOLUTION: At the one side end of an outer ring 20 of the clutch release bearing 10, an outer ring collar portion 22 is formed extending to the radial inward side. A one side end 38 of an inner ring 30 is formed on the bearing inward side of the outer ring collar portion 22 on the same side as one side where the outer ring collar portion 22 is formed. Between the outer ring collar portion 22 and the one side end 38 of the inner ring 30, a first seal member 50 is arranged which is fixed to the inner ring 30 while being located adjacent to the outer ring collar portion 22 in no contact therewith. On the radial outward side of the first seal member 50, an end 44 of a cage 40 at the side of the outer ring collar portion 22 is extended toward the outer ring collar portion 22 in the axial direction. An extending end face 46 of the cage 40 is being located adjacent to the side face on the bearing inward side of the outer ring collar portion 22 in no contact therewith to perform a sealing function.
