<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve comparative image reading performance with respect to a radiographic image correction device, method, and program for correcting a pixel value of one of two radiation images acquired with respect to an identical subject to be an object of comparative image reading. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The radiographic image correction device is provided with: a data acquisition means for acquiring data similar in density unevenness by using a pixel value of a prescribed region of radiographic images with respect to the two respective radiographic images acquired with respect to an identical subject to be an object of comparative image reading; and a correction means for correcting a pixel value of either of the two radiographic images so that data similar in density unevenness acquired by the data acquisition means from the respective corrected radiation images match one another on the basis of the data similar in density unevenness acquired by the data acquisition means from the respective radiographic images.
