<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facsimile apparatus capable of efficiently digitizing a received document considering the management after the digitization in digitizing the received document received by a facsimile function, to provide an image forming apparatus, to provide a server, to provide a fax data storage method, and to provide a fax data storage program. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Storage destination information of image data included in fax data is acquired from a server 200 based on an originator data included in the fax data, and the image data 50 and bibliography information 60 of the image data 50 determined in correspondence to the image data 50 are stored in designated areas of data bases 220 to 240 indicated by the storage destination information.
