PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable composition that gives a cured film having improved pencil hardness. SOLUTION: The curable composition includes: (A) a polyfunctional polymerizable unsaturated group-containing compound; (B) a radical polymerization initiator; (C) reactive oxide particles modified by a compound expressed by general formula (1); and (D) an organic solvent. In formula (1), R<SP>1</SP>represents an organic group having two or more (meth)acryloyl groups; R<SP>2</SP>represents an alkyl group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms; and n represents an integer of 1 to 8.
